One of Joyce's recent orders involved making placemats for a returning customer.  The customer supplied some leftover fabrics from chairs she recently reupholstered.  She asked Joyce to use the fabrics for some matching placemats.  Upon receiving the placemats, this is what our wonderful customer said:  "LOVE THEM, LOVE THEM, LOVE THEM" and here are pictures of the 2 styles of placemats made just for her!

    

A special little girl will be receiving a ballerina/gymnastics tote designed especially for her.  This is what her Mom said when she saw the tote:   "Oh, Joyce, it is PERFECT!!!!!!  I love the way you've worked yellow through it (I just adore bright, cheery colors), and the retro-y nature of a lot of the panels, and the ballet and gymnastics panel, and the rainbow interior, and the adorable back of the tote, and...EVERYTHING!  Seriously, it is EXACTLY what I was envisioning, and just PERFECT.  Maggie is going to LOVE it.  (Yes, she did get her other package - 2 dresses, including one made with a ballerina fabric - and she went absolutely ballistic with joy.  I think when she gets to open a package that actually has her name on it, and then sees her name on the bag, she's going to completely flip!)

And yes, absolutely include some of your cards for me.  I'm SURE a conversation piece like that will draw some attention, and you've been so wonderful to work with.  I would (and will!) recommend you in a heartbeat!

Torona of GA purchased a Thomas the Train crayon tote and a Lightning McQueen crayon tote, each personalized with the child's name.  These are her comments she made to us prior to receiving her shipment (after completing them, Joyce emailed a picture of them to Torona):

A recent customer purchased a personalized NY Yankees Derek Jeter pillow for someone very special.  These are the comments she sent after giving the pillow to her friend:

Pat & Pat of Indiana had been searching for barracuda pillows to add to their vintage 1974 Barracuda car.  They contacted Joyce & she custom made 2 pillows which they proudly display in their car!  Thanks so very much Pat & Pat for sharing your photos and your comments:

 

Ruth of MA shared her comments with us regarding an order she put in at Christmas time:

Everyone loved the gifts, the 2 girls were quite impressed that I had pillows made just for them. I am thinking about next Christmas already and have gifts in mind. I also love the runner and have ideas for a couple more.

 

Danielle of Illuminating Wicks ordered a set of Snowmen placemats for her Mom for Christmas 2006.  Upon receiving the placemats we're very happy to say that Danielle told us:

Ginny of MA put in a custom order for a pretty unique pillow - her sister is a Red Sox fan and her brother in law is a Yankees fan - definitely a "marriage made in heaven"!  She asked Joyce to make a pillow just for them by combining both teams fabric into one pillow.  This is what Ginny said when she received the order: 

 

Melissa of California purchased a custom ordered "My Little Pony" tooth fairy pillow as a birthday gift recently and provided the following comments about the recipient for us after the birthday party:

She loved the pillow!  It was so great...she was so thrilled.  And to top it all off, she lost a tooth on Tuesday and couldn't wait to put it in her new pillow. It couldn't have been better timing.

 

Kimberly of  NJ shared her thoughts on the custom order she recently received (June 2006).  She purchased a pillow as a gift and a runner for herself to use in craft shows that she is in.  This is what Kimberly wrote to us:

IT CAME AND IT IS PERFECT!!!!!

My niece (we removed her name as it's a Xmas gift & didn't want to spoil the surprise) is going to LOVE the pillow - it goes with her room perfectly and the runner is better than any that I have seen at the trade shows! HI Joyce, I just wanted to tell you how much I love your products. My sister in-laws loved the idea of your children's toothfairy pillows!!! I also love the the tropical tote.  It's a perfect size to carry my necessities: keys, wallet & cell phone.
